I have needed to do this for about 5 years, I struggle with my health & my doctor has said I have 75% more inflammation than I should have! I just recently lost a close friend that was in about the same health condition I’m experiencing! This app has really motivated me & their words of encouragement are a huge plus! I started this journey5 days ago & I’ve already lost 8lbs!! If I can stay on track I should reach my goal by October, the month of my birthday….. another form of motivation!! Loving the way I’m already feeling better!!! My doctor is going to say “WOW”❣️

What I love about this program is that I can log my food choices. It helps me weigh my food and make better food choices. It has a great feature that allow a person to enter their own food choices also. You can also scan a food label on ajar or package. I love that I get messages to help me add different foods to my diet. I feel a lot more energetic now even though it has only been a few days. I’ve been able to remove those fattening pastries from my diet!!!!

Love this app! Keeps me on schedule for meals and assists in giving ideas to make your meal more anti inflammatory. Easy to use and is certainly worth the money for me.
