Signpost is a great service that has made our after hours call answering much smoother and efficient. Staff is extremely responsive in answering questions, making changes and making sure we are fully satisfied.

The roofing company I work for has been using Signpost for over 5 years mainly as an "after hours" answering service and order taking service. However, Signpost is available to answer our phones (28 locations across the east coast) 24x7 and have been called upon to help out during high volume daytime hours. Their dependability and ability to handle calls at a high answer rate; high quality; high accuracy; and then deliver the call outputs to us either via live transfer, text and/or email ensures that everyone on our side is receiving the message according to their preference. We recently developed and launched an AI rep where the implementation process was super easy and the finished product is first class. My bandwidth on answering phone calls is now nearly limitless! Signpost always has friendly and helpful receptionists answering the phones. The process of creating our script went very well, Alicia assisted in the process and listened to my requests and concerns ensuring the script was written exactly how we wanted it. We have saved a lot of money using Signpost compared to our previous service because they answer the phones promptly and get through the phone call efficiently. Overall, we are very pleased with Signpost!
