They clearly explained everything, reactivated my Premium subscription when needed, and even helped me arrange a temporary cancellation with a clear confirmation that I can reactivate later without paying again.
I really appreciate the transparency and human support — not many tools handle billing concerns this fairly. Looking forward to using Minea properly once I resume my dropshipping work.
