on my first order an item was back ordered. Quite a bit of time went by, so I called customer service and found out the item was not going to be available. I asked why I wasn't notified or received a refund, got no good answer, but finally a refund. Placed another order for the rest of my needs. Same thing, item back ordered. This time it was an important part of our security. after a month or so called in and was told I would receive it the end of march, beginning of April. Then I was told the end of April. I called in to and was told they don't know when it will be available and they insisted on giving me a refund. Very disappointed with Ring.
