I am currently a student who has recently slowly built up an interest in investing with a plan to do this for the long-term. YCharts naturally became a research tool for equities that I came across. Compared to some of the other resources I've been using like Yahoo, Macrotrends, or Morningstar, etc, YCharts is definitely the most comprehensive of the bunch. It really saves time for the investor. The function to visually plot a chart with almost any fundamental metric is a great way to spot trends and anomalies. These points make more efficient and aid any due diligence an investor is conducting. The experience during my free trial was so good that I decided to even upgrade to a subscription plan because I believed that the value I got from the investing capital I would either earn or save (e.g. protect from speculative losses) from using YCharts would be worth the price.
